BINGO NIGHT

 

DATE: Friday, May 12th
TIME: Doors open at 5:45 for PTSA Members and 6:00pm for Non Members.  Bingo & Silent Auction 6:30-8pm
LOCATION: North Creek High School Cafeteria 

New to Elementary Bingo Night?  Well you are in luck - this is our VERY FIRST ONE!  

Here's a brief summary of what to expect:  

Before Bingo Night:

Collection of items for the Bingo Prize Baskets: Prizes are given for every bingo game - makes it very exciting and fun to play! Help fill these baskets by donating items in the bin just inside the main office by Friday, May 5th.  

 

There are themes for each grade level as a donation guide.  Here are the themes:  

  • Kindergarten Theme: Cooking/Baking/Kitchen Fun 
  • 1st Grade Theme: Arts & Crafts 
  • 2nd Grade Theme: Family Movie / Dinner / Game Night
  • 3rd Grade Theme: STEM & Sports
  • 4th Grade Theme: Get Outside 
  • 5th Grade Theme: Summer Madness

Need some ideas of what to donate?  
We made Amazon Wish Lists for each grade level to make donating and shopping super easy.  Items will be shipped directly to our basket building location.  Here are links to each of the Wish Lists!

  • This is an opportunity to reserve your spots and order bingo cards, bingo daubers, pizza and/or water.
  • All pre-orders must be paid for in advance to make sure we have what you want.
  • Something to think about: If you don't want to order a whole pizza, think about finding someone to share with.Pizza will be sold by the slice at the actual event - but will be VERY limited!! Pre-Order now!  
  • PTSA Member Bonus!! Any PTA member who attend will have the opportunity to enter the event 15 minutes early and will receive a table reservation decoration to grab a table of their choice!

Volunteers
As with any great event, we are in need of volunteers to help with everything from setup and bingo caller, to concession sales, silent auction and cleanup. If you can help, please signup!

Bingo Night:

Arriving: 

  • Doors will open at 5:45pm for PTSA Members and 6pm for Non Members.  
  • When you arrive, you will check in and receive your packet with any bingo cards, pizza tickets, etc that you ordered.  
  • You will select a table, buy concessions, visit the silent auction table and camp out - getting ready for the event!!
  • *Remember this is a FAMILY event, an adult must be with anyone under the age of 18 for the entire event. No drop off allowed.

For Purchase (*Everything has limited quantities*)

  • Bingo cards and daubers will be available for purchase.
  • Water, soda, candy & snacks will be available for purchase.
  • Pizza by the slice will be available for purchase but will be VERY limited so we highly recommend ordering in advance. (Plan ahead and order a pizza to share with another family, maybe?)
  • No outside food or drink is permitted.

Bingo Time

  • Bingo will begin at 6:30pm.
  • 12-20 round of bingo will be played depending on the donations we get for baskets and how quickly each game moves along!
  • For the actual Bingo games, the prize basket for each game will be announced prior to the game, so you can decide if you want to play that round - and how many cards you want to play!!
  • Bingo numbers will be called until one (or more) "Bingo" is yelled - and confirmed.  
  • (Bingo is 5 numbers in a row, in a single line - either horizontal, vertical or diagonal thru the middle)
  • In the case of multiple "Bingo"s for the same game, coin flip or random drawing will determine the winner.

Silent Auction

There will be a silent auction going on at the same time as the Bingo!

  • We are looking to procure some fantastic items!  We've already received some really fun baskest and are looking for donations of a couple nights at your vacation home, tickets to a sporting event or show, a gift card to your favorite restaurant, a basket of coffee/wine/fun stuff!  A donation from your employer? 
  • Please check out our silent auction donation spots on the sign up genius.  
  • Remember Ruby Bridges PTSA is a 501c3 Non Profit and all of your donations are tax deductible!  
  • Make sure to bring cash or your checkbook.
  • All proceeds will benefit the PTA (and the students).
